Although we did not end up hiring Carmen as our nanny, we really liked her and felt a strong emotional connection to her. She appeared to have good experiences, and if she had worked with us, I am confident she would have provided loving care for our children. She was very warm and engaged with our children when she met them. We did run a background check on her, and at the time (9/2019) there were no issues on it. I hope this helps other families looking to work with her.
