About Carmen

I am PCA and CPR certified. I can help with activities of daily living, including but not limited to: meal prep, light housekeeping, med reminders, errands, bathing, diaper changes, companionship, pet care. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, caring, and nonjudgemental. I am a good listener, a good cook, and I am always punctual and organized. I owned my own esthetics business for 18 years. I took care of my brother and sister growing up, and I have raised 2 children of my own. I have also had animals my whole life, so taking care of people and animals is something I've always done. In my spare time, I like to exercise, hike, walk my dogs, enjoy nature, refinish furniture, listen to live music, spend time with horses, and spiritual workshops.
