About Carly

I’ve always had a passion for nurturing children's growth and development, which is why I pursued a career as a childcare provider. With over 8 years of experience, I’m very comfortable caring for children of all ages, including those with disabilities and neurodivergent kiddos. From an early age, I’ve been involved in clubs and organizations supporting children with diverse needs, and I believe every child deserves the opportunity to feel valued and understood. In addition to my childcare experience, I work in theater management, where I've gained years of leadership experience working with kids in a variety of arts-related fields. This has given me a deep understanding of the importance of creativity, self-expression, and fostering a positive environment where children can thrive. With a college degree and years of hands-on experience, I strive to offer the best care possible, guiding children in their development with creativity, warmth, and plenty of play.
