I'm an experienced educator with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. I'm currently shifting my career path from working in schools to focusing on providing care for families. With 5 years of experience caring for children of various ages, I have honed my skills in patience, creativity, and have endless ideas for activities and fun! I believe in fostering a strong partnership with parents, ensuring that their preferred communication style is respected and that they receive regular updates about their child's day. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead, as I understand the importance of consistency in a child's upbringing. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging kids in a variety of activities, from outdoor sports and to board games and crafts. I hold a college degree from UC Davis and have completed coursework in early child development.
