I am an AMI trained Montessori Guide with a Masters degree in Montessori education! I've worked with children between the ages of 6 weeks to 6 years for the last 10 years. I've been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I created Montessori school environments for all of these ages and have helped set up or rearrange home environments for this age group as well. I absolutely love working with children (and their families) to help guide them on their individual path of development. I'm also a lover of dogs (or any pets), music, yoga and the outdoors.

Carly is a wonderful nanny! She is very reliable and kind. Highly educated and has 10+ years of experience as a Montessori teacher. My children (age 1 & 3) adore her and always enjoy their time with her. She has so much energy. She always leaves things tidy and clean while encouraging the kids to help with clean up after meals, playroom, personal hygiene, etc. Carly is also very communicative which I appreciate while I’m out. If I weren’t a stay at home mom I would hire her full time in a heartbeat.
