About Carly

I have experience babysitting younger cousins and neighbors and have been a camp counselor for the past six years. I'm a comfortable person who loves to help out and can also care for pets. My personality is energetic, and optimistic. I find working with kids fulfilling and enjoy making a positive impact on their lives, creating lasting bonds and memories. I'm looking for a flexible job, although there are a few days I won't be available due to other commitments, I can work around this. At 15, I started at a local summer camp in Freehold, NJ, as a CIT for children entering 3rd grade. For the past two summers, I've been a Group Leader at a camp in Millstone, NJ, for children entering 4th & 5th grade. During high school and college breaks, I've babysat for families in my community. My skills include effective communication, good listening to understand instructions, and patience with children. I enjoy doing activities and games to learn about their interests, fostering strong bonds!
