About Carly

I'm a passionate, creative, and experienced childcare provider with over 20 years of experience. I started babysitting when I was 13 years old and continued through college and always held steady full time nanny jobs during summer break. My passion for caring for children stems from my own experience as a stay-at-home mom and being a Montessori pre-school teacher. I believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which to grow and develop. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to easily connect with children and build strong relationships with them and their families. I prioritize open and honest communication with parents, providing them with regular updates about their child's day and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while following the parents' lead and respecting their parenting style.
