I began tutoring in high school where I was Vice President of Science National Honor Society. Here, part of the role was science tutoring for other high schoolers and also younger students. I continued to tutor in college where I worked as a math tutor in a third grade classroom. Here, I assisted the teacher and was able to provide one-on-one help to students who were in need. I also work as a math TA at my college so I am in charge of grading assignments and providing tutoring sessions for a college level math class. In addition, I have provided private tutoring sessions involving English, science, math, and test prep to students of different ages. I love tutoring because it is incredible to watch how I little extra time and care can help a topic click in the student's mind.
