Hi families! My name is Caroline, and I would LOVE to work for you! I am an incredibly patient and nurturing person, and I can handle just about anything that I encounter. I have over 7 years of paid experience, ranging from newborns to teens. Big families, special needs, etc. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, experienced, and committed. The ability to help a family & be a positive part of a child's life is a privilege. I'm looking for a job that allows me to utilize my gifts in childcare to support the family & child. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old, as a mothers helper. In my spare time, I like to exercise, volunteer, watch sports, and spend time with family. My experience & heart will help me be the best employee for you. My skills include in depth knowledge of all stages of child development I am incredibly patient I go above and beyond for each family I work for, including offering to stay extra hours, cleaning, cooking, etc.
