About Carlos

I'm a creative, enthusiastic, and independent caregiver with over 5 years of experience working with children of all ages. What I love most about childcare is that kids have just as much to teach us as we do them, every day brings something new and exciting. My journey began as a teenager when I started helping my neighbors with their little ones. That experience quickly grew into a passion, leading me to volunteer in an ESL program, where I worked with children, teenagers, and seniors, showing me how small daily actions can make a big impact. I also spent two years as an Au Pair in Virginia, followed by a year as a private tutor. During my time in California, I worked as a nanny for two incredible boys, gaining even more hands-on experience in childcare and early education.
