About Carlisa

I've always had a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. I've been a stay at home mom for about 3 years now which reinforced my desire to make a positive impact on others lives. I have 3 beautiful children of my own and previous babysitting experience since my teens. I've decided recently that I am ready to get back into the work field and what better job is there than doing something I'm already comfortable with and love. I have dreams to open my own daycare one day where I both be the one to take care of my kids and provide a safe, comfortable and reliable center for other children. I have a strong support system with me deciding to work again and my dream career. Me and my fiancé planned long and hard with the hours I'm available and the chance of me being on call sometimes. I promise that me being a mother myself will not affect me being reliable to you. I believe in patience, coming up with activities, prioritizing their safety and well-being, and communicating.
