I hired Carlie for reoccurring help caring for my 3 year old, 1 year old, and infant. She stayed with me for several months and was a life saver! She bonded with my kids and you can tell she knows what she is doing with children. She was very playful with them and also set good limits. She always took initiative to help me clean or do dishes! I felt very comfortable leaving her with my kids and she was also so great to be around. She is just wonderful. Highly recommend!
