About Carla

I'd describe my personality as energetic and enthusiastic I like working with kids because I would like to become a nurse one day specifically NICU. I have a special needs brother which makes me feel really comfortable about all kind of personalities and challenges that might come with caring for a kid(s). When I was younger I also had a babysitter and having good company while my parents were away or busy was something I am grateful for. I started working with kids on 2018, when I needed a more flexible schedule to help my parents care for my brother If there's spare time I would like to use it to check or finish homework for school, could be really helpful. One thing about me is I love to have fun! Lots of laughter and activities but always respecting parameters and rules I am set from parents before every job. I'm patient and have strong presence they can trust me but also have to respect me. Active listening, to have best communication with parents. Creativity and compassion.
