With three years of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for children aged one to three. My patient, calm, and creative nature allows me to connect with children effortlessly. I believe in open communication with parents and prioritize their preferred method of communication to ensure a seamless partnership in caring for their child. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and creating a structured environment while also allowing for flexibility and spontaneity. From outdoor sports to educational games and technology-based activities, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of play that fosters learning and fun. My fluency in Spanish allows me to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families.
