About Carla

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, energetic, and adaptable. I hope to bridge the gap between independent living and assisted living facilities. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to help families feel confident in fulfilling their obligations to work, every day family life, and time to themselves by trusting me to step in and do some of the care and/or tasks that provide a safe and good quality of life - lifestyle with flexibility. In my spare time, I like to stay busy with my family, garden, puzzling, cook, and I love organizing. I have always worked in the health and wellness industry. I owned a small business for 10 years and recently sold it. I have been working with Special Needs kids for the last year. My skills include an extensive range of caretaking, personal experience with dementia care and hospice care.
