In my last experience (June 2023 to July 2024) I took care of three kids (ages 3, 6 and 8). I also have experience with all ages, since 0 to 12 and I'm willing to help with other tasks, as laundry, driving and light cleaning. I recently moved from DC area to Charlotte. I'm a very attentive, hardworking and kind person. And I'm always trying to bring joy to my kids and help with their development. Carla is fantastic with my 3-year-old daughter. She takes the initiative to get to know her, keeps her engaged, and ensures she’s having fun. Carla plays with her, draws with her, and tells jokes to make her laugh. She is both caring and proactive, and my daughter absolutely loves her. She often asks when Carla will come back! I highly recommend her.
