My first experience ever in a true nannying position was taking care of my 2-month-old niece while my brother was attempting to get into Med School. I worked for them about 25 hours a week up until my niece, S, was a little over 1-year-old. I loved the experience. I've always loved being an Aunt. I've been one since I was 10 years old, and I'm now an aunt of 9. I've done everything from teaching kids how to drive, cook, paint, kayak, and everything in between. On top of that, I truly enjoy helping around the house from cooking and cleaning to shopping and errands. I take joy in these things, especially when I know I'm making other people happy in the process. I've also already looking into first aid and CPR courses in the Jacksonville area, and if hired, I will definitely take this course for my own comfort and yours.
