About Carie

I am a happy mom of three young adult children whom I homeschooled through high school. I volunteer taught various classes in all grades-preschool through 12- for a non profit homeschool organization for nine years. Due to our recent move to SC, I had to leave a job I loved for seven years at a small town bakery/gourmet food store. After two years there I was promoted to general manager. Before that job I worked in the childcare center of a women's health club, and before that, as a tour guide at a farm leading groups of up to 20 children. My career before having my children was as a florist. I have much volunteer experience serving in my church in the greeter ministry, junior church, VBS, meal trains, community days, and more. I love people, nature, animals, music, books, and coffee!
