I'd describe my personality as one with interpersonal and communicative skills. Someone in tune with themselves allowing examples to show through actions and words with balance. To handle emergency situations calmly and effectively I like working with kids because every child provides a different skill, challenge and experience which allows the job to be more engaging. Children are more accessible to learning and leading allowing them to acquire new skills sets all the time this can also build a trust and understanding that will last life times.
