About Cara-mia

I'm an experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing and educating children. I also have much experience from my own sister and niece and nephew. I was also a swim instructor for elementary and older. My five years of experience have taught me how to balance patience and firmness when caring for children of all ages. I believe in open and honest communication with parents about their child's day, and I always follow their preferred communication method. I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time and have experience with all age groups from infants to preteens. My creative and imaginative nature allows me to make learning fun and engaging, and I love playing educational games that promote learning. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and orderly environment. I have a car, so I can easily transport children to and from activities or appointments. I'm also comfortable with pets and have experience caring for a variety of animals.
