About Cara

Hi, I am a Temple University graduate with a bachelor's degree in human development with a secondary concentration in Early Childhood Education. I currently work for Catherine Hershey School for Early Learning as a pre-school teacher. I have additional experience working in a daycare as the main toddler teacher, working with 13 children ages 12 months to 4 years old which I absolutely adored! Along with experience in early learning and daycare I have been a nanny and babysitter for many years to children of all ages. Most recently I was a nanny for toddler twins and an infant. I have CPR and First Aid certifications, criminal and child abuse clearances, and I completed a year of childcare professional development with my current position. I have a passion for helping young children grow into being their best selves, and I don't take that role lightly. I truly want to ensure that every child I take care of feels comfortable, safe, and valued. I am creative and love to have fun.
