Welcome, My preferred name is Andrew. I'm a seasoned childcare provider with 12 years of experience in Nannying, early Intervention, tutoring, teaching assistance, and child/family advocacy. I enjoy working with babies and young adults regardless of age. I don't believe in bad kids all children tend to have loving hearts. Some of the vital things I believe are important when working with kids are play, compassion, security, boundaries, and patience so they can develop into healthy adults. My goal is to create a safe place for families and children of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities. I enjoy helping children develop practical skills that not only help them in adulthood but also cater to their interests. When working with families, my main focus is transparent communication, safety, and teamwork to achieve objectives and make sure everyone feels comfortable, safe, and in the loop.
