About Candice

I have worked with children for the entirety of my adult life, and actually began babysitting when I was 12 years old. I have worked in nearly every major type of education there is: Montessori, R. I. E., Reggio-Emilia, and Waldorf. I am kind, patient, and flexible. I have a large tool kit of techniques to address behavior issues, but often find that by actually listening, many issues can be avoided entirely. I am a certified mediator, have done anti-oppression work, and am Waldorf trained. I have first aid training, blood borne pathogens, and my basic STARS/MERIT training. I have been an Extended Care director, an early childhood teacher, and am currently working with elders.
