I will be finishing a 14-month contract in August 2021 as an intervener working with individuals with complex disabilities as well as in the deafblind population. I have extensive experience in AAC device usage, assistive technology, as well as sign language. I am comfortable and well-versed in seizure protocol, g-tube feedings, changing/bathing, as well as a variety of diagnoses. I am very passionate about working with individuals with disabilities, advocating on their behalf, and helping them lead enriched lives. I enjoy working on a 1:1 model and ideally would like to work individually with a family that is seeking a live-in intervener for their family member with disabilities.
