About Candace

Hi, my name is Candace. I attended undergrad at UNCW, while working at two of the downtown museums. I have several years of childcare experience. I am comfortable with watching up to five children, in any age range. In the last few years I have primarily cared for (one to three at a time) newborn, infants, and toddlers. I enjoying keeping active and including children in a variety of activities that help build and hone skills. The more active we can be the better! While observing COVID-19 precautions for both myself and the families I care for many activities and outings are limited, but there are plenty of things to do from home! I think it is important to learn something new everyday, if possible. Cooking, arts & crafts, reading, observing the outdoors, etc are all part of our every day world just waiting to be explored.
