I was a worker/supervisor for the Office of Child Services for 35 years. I later taught at Notre Dame High School in Crowley and worked for the Acadia Parish Alternative School for 10 years. While I do not have a current CPR certification, I was trained yearly while working for OCS and while working in the education system. I have cared for children basically my entire life, I am the oldest of 5, and caring for children has always been a continuous part of my life. I like kids and I like animals. (Unfortunately I am allergic to cats inside.) We raised two sons who are successful, loving, and caring adults.
