About Candace

I am a mother of a darling 2-year-old and work full time as a Community Health Worker. As such, I connect Medicare patients to resources and help them manage care at home. Previously I worked for a total of 5 years as an in-home caregiver for older adults and in an assisted living giving meds and providing direct care. I have been the personal assistant to an adult with developmental disabilities which involved cleaning, grocery shopping, medication administration, providing transportation, helping with direct care needs, and facilitating social activities. I have a passion for people, enjoy helping others, and have been told to have an excellent bed side manner. I am looking to provide weekend day and overnight care to those in need of assistance with activities of daily living, transportation, and/or companionship. My experience has been mostly with older adults and I greatly enjoy it.
