Candace has been absolutely fantastic watching our two-plus-year old daughter since our daughter was about 8 months old. She is always on time, has a terrific attitude, and wonderful willingness to help and go above and beyond. She has also been very flexible in accommodating our schedule when I have had to travel for work. She's a great cook (for us and our daughter) and helps run various errands to reduce the burden on me and my wife, as we both have busy careers with unpredictable hours. Candace is also very proactive about helping run-down the various to-do's that inevitably spring up from her school. Most importantly, our daughter absolutely adores her and considers her a part of the family. We are extremely happy to have her with us and wouldn't be functional without her! I know she's looking to add some more hours and I'd be happy to serve as a reference -- any family would be fortunate to get to work with her!
