As a Certified Nursing Assistant with 6 years of experience babysitting, I've developed a passion for nurturing children and making a difference in their lives. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles. I also have been a dance teacher for two years for children of all ages. I want to keep working with kids, just not in the dance studio setting! I believe that every child is unique and deserves a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment to grow. I strive to create such an environment by being patient, calm, and understanding. My creative and imaginative side allows me to engage children in fun activities. I prioritize open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates about their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns. I firmly believe in respecting the parents' rules and preferences and work collaboratively to ensure consistency in the child's care.
