About Camryn

Hi! I'm Camryn or Cam and I'm a sophomore at the University of Vermont studying nursing. I really enjoy working with kids of all ages, but my most favorite age group is school age! I graduated from DePaul College Prep in 2023 and I'm working as an overnight camp counselor for my 3rd year in a row. At camp I work with kids ages 5-15 and my responsibilities include planning fun engaging activities, being a support system and good listener, being their point person if they need anything in the night or day + more. I love working w/ kids and watching them do whatever makes them happy. I'm always down for a board game, playground trip, dress up session, lightsaber battle, or whatever they love to do. I played hockey + lacrosse for years, so I'm also down to practice some sports skills with your little athlete (or big athlete!) I'm lifeguard and CPR certified, as well as stop the bleed certified, and can drive + have access to a car. I cannot wait to hang out with your kids and have a blast!
