A Columbia University graduate and New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am also a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Teachers College/Columbia University and am Board Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and The American Holistic Health Association. I hold a Certification as a Professional Coach and am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). As a Hofstra University Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and mother of two sons, I bring my expertise in balancing the mind, body and spirit to everything I do. Since moving to south Florida from New York in 2015, I've embraced the year round outdoor lifestyle. I'm an active and creative individual who loves sports, hiking, pickleball, yoga, biking and DIY projects. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, dancing, music, reading, writing, playing board games, cards and making mixed media art.
