I'd describe my personality as playful, intuitive, and loving. I started working with kids when I was 10 and my mom gave birth to my twin siblings. From then on, I knew I wanted this to be my career. I believe children thrive when they are exposed to various forms of self expression, creativity, activities, and movement. It is important to me that children be able to define who they are without pressure from adults in their life. I work best with families who are open minded and don't push gender norms on their children. My greatest strength as a nanny is my intuitive ability to connect with little ones and meet them where they're at. This intuition helps me know when to turn on the music for a dance party, when to step outside for fresh air, and when to slow down and read a book. I'm looking to be a nanny to a family that welcomes me as I am, and intends to integrate me into their lives. I thrive most when I am respected as an important part of a families life.

Camille is the first babysitter we found for our daughter and we feel like we hit the jackpot. She has set a very high bar for any future sitters we may bring into our family. What drew us to her initially was a line on her resume about being a secure attachment style caregiver. This is exactly what we wanted for our girl when spending time with other model humans. On top of that, she has lots of experience with other families and has been able to sustain long relationships with them. Another standout quality was her openness and experience with cosleeping. Every other candidate we interviewed only had experience with sleep trained babies. Since our girl needs some extra support and proximity during sleep times, we wanted to find someone who could provide this for her comfortably. There was a lot we liked about her right off the bat but really what matters most is that our daughter is happy with her. Our girl is very selective about who she'll spend 1:1 time with. Even Grandma gets rejected sometimes. But not Camille! She became our daughter's 3rd trusted human which is huge! We hope to have Camille be a part of our lives for a long time as she provides A+ care and seems to genuinely enjoy her work. These are things we do not take for granted!
