About Camilla

I am an experienced caregiver who is passionate about fostering children's growth and development. I have spent the past four summers working with children as a coach and counselor at a summer camp, where I have honed my skills in providing a safe and nurturing environment for kids. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children, and I am always looking for new and engaging ways to help them learn and grow. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow the preferred communication method of each parent to ensure that they are always informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and follow the lead of the parents in this regard. I believe that consistency and structure are important for children, and I work to create a positive and respectful environment where children feel safe and supported.
