About Camilla

Hello, my name is Camilla. I am a young writer currently pursuing publishing two different books but love working with animals and have been doing so my whole life. I held two separate volunteer positions working with animals before; the first being at a dog shelter where I gained plenty of experience caring for dogs of all types and sizes. Some of my responsibilities there included feeding, walking, bathing, grooming and playing with the dogs at the shelter many of which had very different personalities and levels of comfortability with people and/or other dogs. Another volunteer position I held related to animal care was helping out with an equestrian therapy center where I took care of the horses there, often bathing them, cleaning their hooves, feeding them, and cleaning their stalls. While I realize this position was very different than caring for a domesticated pet, I feel it is important to bring up to assure you that I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty with animals and ha
