I'm currently finishing my nursing degree and will be a Registered Nurse by the end of May. In June, I'm hoping to connect with a wonderful family who could use help a couple of days a week. I have experience caring for children from newborns up to 5-6 years old. I believe in nurturing little ones with patience, kindness, and consistent communication. Weather permitting, I love to spend time outdoors and encourage play and exploration in nature. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have my own reliable transportation, and am always happy to tidy up before you return home. We have been lucky enough to work with Camila for over a year and a half now. She started when our third child was just an infant. All three of the kids adore her (20months, 4, & 5.5) - she knows how to have tons of fun with them, but also provide a lot of structure too. As a girl mom I appreciate that she is also such a good role model for our girls. Great confidence, upbeat personality, intelligent conversations, thoughtful, and positive attitude. I love that she is a self starter. She will ask me if I need any extra help with anything (currently pregnant and in my final week), but if I don’t have a list of anything, she will easily find things to do for us and it is so appreciated. Very reliable, she has never let us down. Plans well ahead of time if we do need to find another caregiver.
