About Calvin

As a keen snowboarder, mountain biker, rock climber and adventurer you could say I am a gravity enthusiast. I am a 24-year-old Brit from London, however far from a city boy, indeed I recently moved to Park City to be in the mountains and follow my second passion which is the science of human performance. I am the strength and conditioning coach for the USA snowboard team and work with our Olympic teams to create the strongest, fastest and most robust athletes possible. With an extensive experience in youth athletic development in working with academy performance programs (Welsh Swimming and Leicester City F. C) I am well versed in pedagogical science - which sounds fancy but actually comes down to making sport as fun and enjoyable as possible. Having fun why we do sports and that's why I love being a part of youth athletic development.
