About Callie

Hi, I'm Callie! I have helped tutor students since I was in Junior High School. In Junior high and High school I helped tutor the special needs students at my school, and thoroughly enjoyed seeing different ways in which people learn. This experience lead me to continue helping my peers throughout college where I worked as a general chemistry and physics tutor under my professors at SIUe. I just graduated in May with a degree in Biology and minor in chemistry. My strong subjects include math and science but I'm skilled in many areas of education. I graduated as valedictorian from my high school and continued to graduate with high honors from SIUe. I enjoy helping others learn while I also learn new things in the process. I am planning to attend medical school next fall and I think this would be a great way for me to stay involved in education in my year off while also making some extra money.
