About Caledonia

I am currently in my first year of my Masters in Social Work program, working to be an LCSW and a DBT therapist. I'd describe my personality as energetic, charismatic, playful. I like working with kids because one of my favorite moments in the world is seeing children meet their goals and knowing I was able to help them do so. I also love to be active in my job and enjoy the creativity and playfulness needed to work with children. Professionally I began working with children at 13 years old as a babysitter for family friends. I was an ABA Therapist in San Diego for two years as well. One thing you should know about me is I am always open to questions or feedback and am a very flexible individual. My skills include being able to maintain strong instructional control, facilitating a fun and playful relationship with my kiddo, and quickly being able to diffuse an escalating behavior in the moment. I'm looking for a job that will need long hours on the weekends.
