Caitlyn was with our family, providing primary childcare for our son at home, from the age of 3 months old to 2 years old. She was engaging, careful and wonderfully patient as a childcare provider and respectful, communicative and very pleasant to work with as an employee. We were genuinely sad to part ways but felt it was time to expose our child to a more social environment with other toddlers in preschool. We absolutely plan to continue to work with her for babysitting opportunities in the future! 10/10 recommend
