About Caitlyn

I am 29 years old and a full time child life specialist. My job consists of working with children in the pediatric emergency department to help reduce fears and anxieties surrounding being in the hospital and different procedures. I provide education, kid friendly preparation and support for various procedures to promote positive coping. My schedule consists of 12 hour days, therefore, though I work full time I have several days off a week. I have over 15 years of babysitting experience for many families with children aging from 2 months to 13 years old. I am a kid at heart, with a creative imagination. I love reading, board games, sports, going on "adventures," crafts, watching movies and any other age/developmentally appropriate activities. I am comfortable fixing meals and doing school work with the children. I take great responsibility in being a positive role model, and a friend.
