About Caitlyn

I'm an early childhood educator with a passion for nurturing children's curiosity and growth in all developmental areas. With over 13 years of experience, I have the skills and expertise to care for children of all ages. I've worn many hats as a teacher, nanny/household manager, licensed family child care provider, and most recently as assistant director of an early learning center. I keep parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise using their preferred method of communication (mainly via text/call and a verbal check in at the end of the day). I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment. When it comes to playtime, my go-to activities include art/crafts, sensory and science experiments, and board games. I believe in providing a nurturing environment that fosters children's development and sparks their joy.
