About Caitlynn

Hi! I'm Caitlynn, but I go by my middle name, Genesis. I began my babysitting journey about 6 years ago with my 7 younger siblings. This sparked my passion for working with children. As a nurturing childcare provider, I prioritize fostering children's growth in a safe environment. Beyond babysitting, l've gained experience through volunteer roles like weekly childcare for church and summer VBS programs. In high school, I combined my love for dance and heart for children by assisting classes and eventually leading summer camps. These experiences helped me learn to meet each child's needs in both small and large groups. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly nature, which help me connect easily with children. Safety is my top priority, and I maintain open communication with parents about their child's day and any issues. I'm flexible and adapt to the parents' preferences regarding household rules.
