About Caitlyn

I'm a childcare provider with over five years of experience, and children have always had a special place in my heart. I am a Junior at the University of Tennessee- living in Knoxville during the school year but will head back to my home town Charlotte, North Carolina over the summers and holidays. I enjoy building connections with the family and caring for little ones. I prioritize creating a safe and nurturing environment and making playtime both fun and educational. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and always follow parents' preferred communication methods to ensure we're on the same page. Whether it's outdoor sports, board games, or learning games, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities that promote their physical, mental, and emotional development. I'm also happy to help with carpooling if needed. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
