Caitlyn was our nanny for almost 3 years and not only was she the best nanny to our kiddos, she was a great friend. She started when our 3 year old was 6 weeks old and was here through having a new baby. She left on great terms, only because she moved too far away to continue this position. She is fantastic at keeping the kids clean, fed, following tasks lists, ordering supplies and shopping for the house, tiding up, keeping things cleaned up, dishes, laundry, pets, errands, kid events. Wonderful with new babies and toddlers, excels at structure and discipline.
