About Caitlyn

I have taught various subjects anywhere from second grade to 12th grade (most recently 9th grade math) as well as withholding previous Nanny positions from 6 months old to 14 years. I am very up front and love open and honest communication. Respect is an important skill to me, to both receive and give, and is something that I have previously incorporated at the level the family encourages. Prior to accepting positions, I always have a conversation with the guardian about expectations and goals and how I plan to help their family achieve those goals through respect and consistency. I like to discuss my experience in their needed subject, so there isn't any confusion or question about where we stand and how we can achieve those goals within the desired timeline.
