I have personal experience working with children with diverse needs, including my own son who has ADHD and had speech delays. I've also cared for children on the autism spectrum and have developed a strong understanding of different developmental challenges. This experience has honed my ability to adapt each child's unique needs, use patience and clear communication to create a supportive structured environment. Additionally, my personal experience with mental illness has given me deeper empathy and understanding of emotional and psychological needs further enhancing my ability to care for children's various challenges. I have also assisted seniors with mobility challenges and cognitive issues, providing compassionate care and sharing their comfort and safety.
