About Caitlyn

I am a high school art teacher and I have been around children my whole life! I helped my younger brothers into their diapers and clothes every morning, and have experience in almost all areas of child care including, mother's helper (infants), babysitting, daycare, and nanny. I love children and I am always active with the kids no matter what activity we are doing. From crafts and cooking, board games or hide and seek I always participate and have fun. I am also comfortable cooking and cleaning up any messes that the kids or I make. Along the lines of discipline, I make sure to have a discussion with the parents before they leave to make sure I understand their methods and stick to what the kids are familiar with. I have also worked with kids in both a gymnastics and swimming environment, am a certified lifeguard and swim instructor for children of all ages and levels. I studied American Sign Language and French in college.
