I'm a 28-year-old artist-at-heart. I've been working primarily in pet care for the last 6 years, and now, I'd like to pivot into child care because kids can get to know me, recognize me, and eventually have conversations and adventures with me. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help a child reach their full potential, be happy, and have fun! Bonus points if I can work on my art while they nap or if they'd be interested in making things with me. I'm going to be a camp counselor this summer for the Girl Scouts of Western Washington! I've been volunteering with a couple of troops to get me ready for that, but outside of those, most of my child care experience is from one summer job and from when my sister's kids or my youngest cousins were little. I love kids, and I hope to get to hang out with more of them!
