About Caitlin

As a compassionate and experienced caregiver with over 16 years of experience, I am dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment for children of all ages. My journey into childcare (as well as animal care) began with fulfilling babysitting roles at a young age, where I discovered my passion for caring for children and helping families grow. I am patient, calm, and a great listener, and I strive to build strong relationships with both children and their parents. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to provide regular updates about their child's day or any issues that arise. When it comes to household rules, I prioritize following the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. My approach to playtime is diverse, encompassing outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and technology-based games and apps. I find joy in helping children learn and grow through play.
