I am not looking for full time right now but will consider it if it's the right fit! My name is Caitlin, I'm 30 and I have been watching children as a babysitter, a full time nanny, and of course, how most of us start, a relative, for 15yrs. I have experience with as young as newborns. Babies are my specialty! I also have experience with multiple children. I encourage fun learning, and have no problem being strict when necessary, and adjusting to your style of parenting, because every kid needs something different! I do get attached to the kids I watch, and will love your children. Most of the children I have watched are now in college or graduating college, and they still keep in touch and the parents do, as well. If you'd like a reference from one of the parents, or the children for that matter, please don't hesitate to ask me!

Caitlin is the BEST. My kids (ages seven and four) just adore her. She is punctual and even keeled. Not only do my kids love her, our 100 pound German Shepherd does as well! Caitlin has helped us out in a pinch/short notice without fail. She shows up, ready to take on whatever my kids have in store for the day or evening. She's wonderful and I would recommend her for any family looking for extra hands to help out.
